Baby 'S' suffered catastrophic injuries from a delayed C-section, resulting in permanent brain damage and cerebral palsy. In January 2025, the family won a stunning $17 million dollar settlement, reported to be one of the largest in a New Jersey birth injury case. This much deserved win has secured their family's financial future as well as lifelong coverage for their daughter's medical care.
